About our founder and managing partner
Lawyer
M Makhubela is a corporate advisory, property conveyancing and litigation lawyer with expertise in property law, procurement law, litigation, personal injury claims , insurance law, and data protection and privacy. Having worked in both the public and private sector, he brings a blend of law firm and in -house perspective, as well as a nuanced understanding of the business and regulatory environment.
He prefers to run with his clients and deliver effective and efficient legal services that meet the needs and business- related expectations of his clients. He holds a Buris- LLB, HDIP Tax Law, DIP in Insolvency Practice, Certificate in Construction Management Contracts, Certificate in Legislative drafting and currently pursuing LLM in Tax Law. He was admitted as an Attorney in 2003, Conveyancer in 2010 and as a Notary Public in 2014.
